ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE…(WELL NOT QUITE)

Spending money in production is like standing on a street corner and throwing $100 dollar bills into the wind.

Yet another day preparing for carnage...

Production, the actual shooting phase of filmmaking, is without a doubt the most expensive and stressful part of the process. You require so many different elements to be in the same place at the same time and you need everything to work the way it was planned to pretty much right away. AWAY WE GO!

Hi Everyone and welcome to the third installment of the ‘Rupture’ promo blog.

Last time we just about had all the props and costumes we needed. Kohl’s  came together without much bother. We found just the right singlet in Kmart – $5 Women’s sale stand. The overalls we sourced form ‘The Richmond Family Massacre’ wardrobe.
Props was next and there wasn’t really anything we needed except for a zippo style lighter and cigarettes – Of which we already had in the cupboard.
I was assigned with the task of finding a make-up artist. The personal we had used in the past had been great, but most had moved on or sold their kits and as we didn’t have a make-up kit it was essential the make-up artist could provide their own.
